Pettees Pond is a smaller neighborhood in desirable Westwood, wrapping around the pond and Bubbling Brook. While some of these mid- and high-level homes for the Westwood real estate market were built in the 1980s, the majority are from the late 1990s. Most homes in the neighborhood have 4 to 6 bedrooms, and while their area varies, it is typically within the range of 4,500 to 3,700 square feet. Adams Farm Park is nearby and appreciated by many locals.
