Madison Tower is located near many of Worcester’s public service buildings. Worcester Public Library, Worcester City Manager, the Regional Chamber of Commerce, Worcester Common, and a Massachusetts RMV are within a mile of the condominium. Those who enjoy the arts can head to The Hanover Theatre for the Performing Arts, which is a block north of this condominium.

There are many restaurants just a few block away from Madison Tower. There’s a little bit of everything along Harding Street and Water Street, which are half a mile east of the condominium. About a mile west along Park Avenue Residents looking to support the area’s farmers can also check out the Canal District Farmers Market, which can be found on Green Street.

Visitors of Bovenzi Park, Cascades West Conservation Area, and Green Hill Park can enjoy hiking, biking, and birdwatching. There’s also a public golf course at the northern end of Green Hill Park known as Green Hill Golf Course.
