You can walk in either direction along Shrewsbury Street to find more eateries and boutiques. Residents can take Route 9 to the east to White City Shopping Center.
On the northern side of Route 9, residents of Schoolhouse Lofts will find Green Hill Park. The 480 acre park is known for its sports fields, jogging paths, picnic areas, two ponds, and Green Hill Golf Course, which is open to public play. Crow Hill Conservation, another great place to get outdoors and go for a hike, is less than two miles south of this complex. Lake Quinsigamond and Flint Pond are to the east, both of which are great for fishing, kayaking, canoe, or simply walking along the coast.
