White Birch Commons, Worcester

White Birch Commons is a new development of homes on Hillsboro Road in northern Worcester, Massachusetts. Hillsboro Road is east of Beverly Road, which connects directly to Route 70, a main road that travels directly into the center of the city.

The homes at White Birch Commons are mainly 3-4 bedroom, 2-3 bathrooms contemporary-style residences with a private driveway that lead directly into an attached 1-2 car garage. Green Hill Park is the largest of the three, with many hiking trails, picnic areas, sports fields, tennis courts, and Green Hill Golf Course, a public course with 18 holes.

There are many interstate highways and state routes that make White Birch Commons a great place for commuters to live. Route 12, 70, and 140 are all within a few miles of this neighborhood. Interstate 190 and 290, which gives drivers a direct route to the Massachusetts Turnpike, are also nearby.
