White Birch Commons is a new development of homes on Hillsboro Road in northern Worcester, Massachusetts. Hillsboro Road is east of Beverly Road, which connects directly to Route 70, a main road that travels directly into the center of the city.
The homes at White Birch Commons are mainly 3-4 bedroom, 2-3 bathrooms contemporary-style residences with a private driveway that lead directly into an attached 1-2 car garage. White Birch Commons is within walking distance of a few of Worcester’s most popular public parks including Dodge Park, Burncoat Park, and Green Hill Park. Burncoat Park is the site of many athletic fields, jogging paths, and the scenic Burncoat Pond. Green Hill Park is the largest of the three, with many hiking trails, picnic areas, sports fields, tennis courts, and Green Hill Golf Course, a public course with 18 holes.
There are many interstate highways and state routes that make White Birch Commons a great place for commuters to live. Route 12, 70, and 140 are all within a few miles of this neighborhood. Interstate 190 and 290, which gives drivers a direct route to the Massachusetts Turnpike, are also nearby.
